No one wants to live in a space that is becoming a war zone, becoming unrecognizable, and out of control. For my protagonist, Ben Needham, his home is becoming a use-at-risk space of variable threats. On his sidewalk, he looks up to his third storey, searching for glimpses of unwanted intruders that form and fade.
